Shipping & Delivery Policy
Fast, safe delivery nationwide, with full CO/CQ documents and a handover record for every shipment.
Thai An Safety applies a professional delivery policy so that PPE and technical equipment are carefully packed, stored to standard, and delivered on schedule as promised.
1 Delivery within Ho Chi Minh City
- Free delivery: Applies to orders that reach the value threshold in our policy, or as agreed in a supply contract.
- Delivery time: 2-4 working hours for items in stock, or within 24 hours of order confirmation.
2 Greater Ho Chi Minh City & Neighboring Provinces
For customers in the outer districts of Ho Chi Minh City and in Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Long An and Vung Tau (served by the Vung Tau branch), delivery costs are agreed fairly, or we combine your order with a regular delivery route.
3 Delivery Nationwide
For customers in more distant provinces, Thai An flexibly arranges delivery by:
- Freight carrier / bus-line cargo: Delivered to the bus station or freight carrier of your choice in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Express courier: Trusted couriers (Viettel Post, GHN, EMS, Kerry Express...) deliver directly to your factory or site.
- Shipping cost: Customers pay freight according to the actual rate of the carrier or courier.
4 Inspection & Handover on Receipt
Please inspect the goods together with the delivery staff or carrier:
- Check that the seals and packaging are intact, not torn, dented or wet.
- Check the model, quantity and type against the attached handover record / delivery note.
- Sign the delivery record to serve as the basis for warranty and payment.
