Customer Information Protection Policy

To use our ordering, project quotation and technical support services at Thaian.com, you provide certain information such as: email, full name, phone number, delivery address, company name and tax code (for business customers).

This lets Thai An confirm payment details, issue VAT invoices and deliver equipment accurately to the recipient. You may decline to provide some information, but some conveniences or door-to-door delivery services may then be limited.

We also securely store transaction information, including purchase history, order value, shipping and payment method, for reconciliation, warranty and periodic equipment calibration.

Thai An uses the information you provide only for the following legitimate purposes:

• Sending technical quotes, CO/CQ certificates and product specifications on request.
• Processing orders, coordinating delivery and handing over equipment for on-site or factory testing.
• Sending updates on new products, international occupational safety standards (EN, ANSI) and exclusive offers.
• Improving customer care and after-sales support.
• Resolving issues, disputes or feedback that arise while using our services.
• Preventing fraud and violations of Vietnamese law.

Personal data and transaction records are stored securely in-house for as long as you keep an account or continue to do business with Thai An.

Data is deleted only when you request it in writing or by email, or when the company ceases operations as required by law.

Thai An strictly protects your information and does NOT sell, share or transfer it to third parties for commercial purposes. Only the following parties may access it:

• Internal Sales, Technical and Accounting staff at Thai An, to process contracts and invoices and hand over goods.
• Authorized shipping partners (given only the recipient's name, address and phone number for delivery).
• Law enforcement or competent state authorities upon an official request as required by law.

You may request to review, update, correct or delete your personal or company information at any time by:

If you find that your personal information has been misused or used beyond the scope we notified, please email your complaint, with supporting evidence, to safety@thaian.com with the relevant evidence attached.
