Warranty Policy & Service Terms

Products are covered free of charge when all of the following conditions are met:

• A warranty card or purchase invoice from Thai An that is still within the warranty period.
• Technical equipment (gas detectors, breathing apparatus, measuring instruments, etc.) still has the company or manufacturer warranty seal intact, with no sign of tampering or erasure.
• The damage is confirmed as a manufacturer defect, not improper operation by the user.
• The product is still within the warranty period set for its product type.

• The customer or a third party has opened, disassembled or repaired the equipment before sending it to the warranty center.
• The warranty card is torn, lost or altered, or the serial number does not match.
• Damage caused by natural disaster, fire, drops or heavy impact that deforms the product, water ingress, or use with the wrong power source.
• Normal wear and tear of consumables (filter lenses, filter cartridges, filter membranes, expired sensors, etc.).
• The warranty period shown on the warranty card or electronic system has expired.
