Haws 8300-8309 Emergency Eyewash Station
The Axion spray head is made of antibacterial silver to protect against mold growth.
Stainless steel basin, 10″ in diameter, with one spray head and a flow-rate control device.
Vertical flow, with consistently stable velocity.
Shower head made of ABS plastic with a control device for a wide spray pattern.
It also has a stainless steel eyewash activation flag, a stainless steel pull rod for shower operation, and a filter inside the pipe that filters fragments, and a stainless steel valve.
The pipe has a 1-1/4″ diameter; the galvanized steel piping system supplies 40 °C water. The waste pipe has a 1-1/4″ IPS diameter.
Haws 8300-8309 Axion eye/face wash (with stainless steel basin) with an antibacterial Axion MSR eye/face wash head. The design with flow from the inner corner of the eye outward, which keeps contaminants out of the nasal cavity, makes the Axion unique and distinctive on the emergency equipment market. In traditional eyewash, water flows from the outside of the eye toward the nose, and contaminants can reach the nasal cavity along the tear duct and eye socket. The Axion MSR also provides a shower designed to minimize physical injury with an even, stable, strong water flow.
