The MAILLINOX is a protective apron for use with hand knives or similar cutting tools, in boning, meat and fish cutting. Not to be used as protection against rotating machine hazards.

Cleaning is done with a brush in 50 °C water. Aprons should be rinsed with water at a minimum of 80 °C.

You must decontaminate the apron with a non-acid product approved by sanitation services.
